The feature length documentary charts Peter’s remarkable journey from cinematic outlaw to celebrated British film icon.
The film premiered at Sheffield International Documentary Festival days after its star was diagnosed with advanced Leukemia. Although too ill to attend, Peter filmed a message for the screening. In it he insisted that “the show must go on”.
Peter died just 13 days later on 21st June 2014, a week before what would have been his 90th birthday.
